Prior to Prysm, David was a member of the fund administration team at Carta, where he supported the financial reporting and fund administration for a wide range of clients. David began his fund accounting career at Constitution Capital Partners and previously held positions at SHI International and Homepolish.
David earned a BSBA from Rider University, concentrating in Accounting and Finance. Born and raised in New York City, he currently resides in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
