Ian is passionate about learning from and partnering with founders and management teams who are re-shaping their industries.
Prior to Prysm, Ian spent three years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he focused on transformation and growth strategy engagements across healthcare, sports, and consumer industries.
Ian earned a BSBA in Finance and Economics & Strategy from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, and completed a minor in Computer Science. While at WashU, Ian was on the men’s soccer team and interned with MLS side St. Louis City SC. He is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, and now lives in New York City.
