Denny Hua

Denny Hua is a Vice President at Prysm Capital where he provides growth capital to disruptive management teams across the technology and consumer sectors. Investing across stages, Denny is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and teams to realize the vision for their companies and reinvent the way we live.

Prior to Prysm, Denny spent 4 years with BlackRock Private Equity Partners and was a founding member of the team’s Secondaries and Liquidity Solutions platform in New York City. During this time, Denny partnered with management teams and companies in categories spanning digital marketplaces, e-commerce, medical devices, and enterprise software.

Denny earned a BS degree in applied mathematics and economics from Brown University as a first generation student. Denny was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and currently lives in New York City. He’s a reluctant Raiders fan, hopeful Golden Knights hockey fan, and practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
