Denny is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and teams to realize the vision for their companies and reinvent the way we live.
Prior to Prysm, Denny spent four years with BlackRock Private Equity Partners in New Jersey, where he partnered with management teams and companies across diverse categories including enterprise software, financial services, and infrastructure software. He later became a founding member of BlackRock’s Private Equity Secondaries and Liquidity Solutions platform in New York City, where he helped build the business from the ground up.
Denny earned a BS degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University as a first-generation college student. Denny was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and currently lives in New York City with his wife.
