Erica is passionate about learning from and partnering with founders and management teams at the forefront of technological innovation.
Prior to Prysm, Erica spent three years at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on AI and growth strategy topics, with experience spanning healthcare, public sector, and private equity contexts.
Erica earned a BSc in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University. While at Brown, she completed software engineering internships and held leadership roles with Hack@Brown. Born and raised in Calgary, Canada, she currently resides in New York City.
